Anxiety

My clinical focus includes helping those experiencing anxiety. It is incredibly difficult to be constantly fearful about the future and feeling unable to cope. I can support you to manage these worries and learn techniques so you are able to live a more fulfilled life based in the present.

Chronic Pain

Having struggled with my own Chronic pain for almost a decade, I understand the difficulty of having regular medical tests and explorations with no real answers to why you are experiencing pain. I use CBT and ACT techniques to support you to understand and respond to your pain differently.

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder

When we go through something traumatic, our brain does not process this memory in the same way as our other long term memories. This can result in re-experiencing symptoms such as intrusions or nightmares, feeling as if you are back at the moment it happened. I use CBT to help you process this memory and to reclaim your life again.
